Le Petit Mas du Vignoble
This modern Architect house of 200 metres is set in very peaceful and private surroundings and located in the very heart of Pampelonne vineyards, off the route des Plages. This is just a short distance to Moorea Beach Club, a short drive to the village of Ramatuelle and to St Tropez.
The interior of the house is very tastefully decorated in a contemporary and modern style. The living room is open plan with kitchen and dining area and opens out on to a terrace with outdoor sitting and dining. The roof can be open or closed depending on the weather and gives a great indoor-outdoor feeling. There is air-conditioning throughout.
Direct access from the entrance into the large open-plan kitchen/dining room/living room with fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar. Large TV screen with satellite and international channels. On this level, there are two bedrooms, each one with a shower room, wc and private terrace. The master suite is on the first floor with dressing, open plan bathroom, bathtub, shower and separate wc.
The laundry/utility room is at the back of the kitchen, including washing machine, tumble dryer and extra fridge.
The capacity can be increased on request by two additional separate bedrooms, with external access.
The Green Room: Entrance with code. Queen size double bed with en suite shower and wc to one side and washbasin on the other side. Views over the vineyard. Perfect accommodation for a nanny or teenager.
The Red Room: Entrance with code. King size bed. En suite shower room with wc and washbasin. This could be a second Master bedroom for a family or group of friends.
The mythical Pampelonne beach is nearly 5 kms of fine, white sand that separate the Mediterranean sea from acres of scrub-covered dunes. It is an area of remarkable unspoilt natural beauty that offers a rural backdrop to the world’s most glamorous beach party scene.
