This is an exceptional villa with direct access to the sea,  a secret refuge between the pine forest and the water,  at the bottom of the Domaine of La Reserve, but only about 10 minutes’ drive from Pamplonne’s famous beach clubs and the  nightlife in St Tropez.

The property has recently been modernised to a very high standard. The tasteful  interiors have large bay windows leading onto a sun drenched terrace with loungers, tiled floors and white modern furnishings.  The spacious living room has a wide plasma screen TV and a sound system for indoor and outdoor living.

The property has great views of the sea and the coast, and over the pine trees to Chateau Volterra and its vineyards. Swimming pool (10 x 3).There is a covered terrace with wooden table to dine under the stars, with the sea lapping below. To the side of the property a small path leads down to the sea and the rocks below. BBQ.
