Clear Blue

This is a modern villa, with sleek finishes and colourful furnishings, located on a hillside with wonderful views over the vineyards and countryside to the sea. The property is in a quiet location in lush gardens, about a ten minute walk to La Croix Valmer, with its shops and restaurants, and busy market: every Sunday, all year round, Place des Palmiers at the heart of the village, turns into a vast market in the shade of the pine trees.

The living room of the main villa is dominated by a double sided stone fireplace and filled with bold pieces: a mint green velour sofa, candy coloured pillows, gold framed bookcases and matching dining chairs with ocean blue cushions. The fully equipped kitchen is more minimalist with smoked glass covering the hood and cabinets.

The property consists of a main house, and three separate apartments. The main house can be rented on its own outside the high season.

Main House. 

Ground floor. Entrance hall and guest wc, spacious living room with fireplace. Dining room and sitting room are open plan with the fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are opening onto the terrace and pool and enjoy fantastic sea views.

First floor. Master bedroom with fireplace, shower and bathtub. Two additional bedrooms with bathrooms. All rooms have amazing sea views and open onto a terrace with sunbeds.

Lower ground floor. There are two more bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower and washbasin (one bedroom has a patio). Separate wc. A cinema room and a separate laundry room.

Separate apartments

All the apartments have fully equipped kitchens. s have king size beds. The first apartment has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The second apartment has two bedrooms that share a bathroom. The third apartment has one bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

There are several high quality beaches in the area, extending over several kilometres of coastline, in a lovely setting with rocks and trees as a backdrop. The water here is beautifully clear and the beaches are sandy, and have been awarded the “blue flag” for cleanliness and facilities. There are free shuttle buses from the town to the most popular beaches.
