This is a very unique and beautiful property, with direct access to Pampelonne beach, sitting on two hectares of unspoiled land. It is a rare paradise on the beach and a very private property.
Facilities include a fully equiped gym, beach volley ball court and helipad.
The garden has a feature fence on a hydraulic ram that completely folds down while you are enjoying lunch at the summer house, giving you an uninterrupted view out to sea from the Summer kitchen/beach.There is fully equipped summer kitchen with a plancha, dishwasher, and beach dining table.

First floor. Master double bedroom with king size bed, with bathroom en-suite with bath and large Italian shower: and with private terrace with sea view. Two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, and terrace with sea view.
Lower level. Additional wine cellar & laundry
Two Independent Cabanes
Each with double beds (180 cm) wooden floors, an ensuite shower in black marble, with double vanity units and WC. Both have a garden view and independent access.
Tree House
with exterior seating on two levels (looking out to sea). It has a Double bed with a sea view shower and WC and a side exterior living room.
