Escalet Beach House

Escalet Beach is a charming family house located right on the beach, with wonderful views of the sea. It is a unique spot for a holiday in Europe, where you can go to sleep with the sound of the sea lapping at the garden gate.

Outside the living room is a large terrace with loungers and table, overlooking the swimming pool (10 x 5) and the sea. There is direct access at the bottom of the garden to the rocks and sea. There is a trampoline net for children, a gas BBQ and an outside shower.

The coastline between Cap Taillat and Cap Camarat is a succession of pretty little beaches, coves and rocky inlets, with translucent waters sliding over the rocks or golden sands. Situated on the south side of Cap Camarat , L’Escalet beach is a small half sand, half pebble beach, which, despite its remoteness has all the required facilities of showers, lifeguard and a couple of snack bars. Masks and snorkels are a must to explore the sea bed. The coastline and its native species are protected and belong to the Conservatoire National du Littoral. Canoeing, kayaking and diving are available during the day, but at night the beach returns to being a peaceful silent cove.

Ground Floor: Entrance Hall. Open plan living room with dining room and fully equipped kitchen: the living room has a large sofa and chic lounger set around the fireplace, and a large French window opening onto the terrace and overlooking the garden and the sea.

First Floor: stairs lead up to two bedrooms, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both with paddle fans. Both bedrooms share a bathroom.

Lower Ground Floor: Double (bed 160 cm) bedroom with en suite shower room and air conditioning. Twin bedroom. TV room with air conditioning. Separate shower and separate wc on this floor.
