Gassin Village Approach

This luxurious and stylish property is situated in a peaceful location just below the pretty hilltop village of Gassin, 10 minutes’ drive through vineyards to both the beaches and to the centre of St Tropez.

The villa is set in a very attractive large, landscaped, terraced garden with manicured lawns, olive and cork trees, lavender and a profusion of flowers. A number of large terraces surround the villa, which are accessible from all of the ground floor rooms. There is a large covered dining and seating area on one of the terraces from which one can enjoy dining outdoors or simply relaxing, whilst enjoying the spectacular views over the countryside. The attractive pool area is positioned slightly further away from the dining terrace and house.

Ground Floor. Entrance hall leading to a spacious living and dining room with large windows opening to the terraces. Guest cloakroom. Fully equipped modern kitchen that includes American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave and espresso machine. There is also one double bedroom with king size bed French windows opening onto one of the terraces, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower and wc,

First Floor. Large master bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, private balcony and satellite TV. Twin bedded bedroom that can be made as double, with en-suite shower room, which can be accessed from the Master bedroom or separately from outside stairs. Double bedroom that can be made as twin beds with en-suite bathroom (bathtub, shower attachment and toilets).
