Gigaro Beach Approach

This is a very comfortable modern property within easy reach of many beaches, and with a distant sea view to the bay of Cavalaire. There is a lovely flat garden and swimming pool. The property is a few minutes’ drive from Gigaro and La Croix Valmer, and looks out over the vines of Domaine de la Croix, where great local wine can be tasted and bought.

The villa has a beautiful stylish decorated living room. The large comfortable seating area is well placed so you can enjoy the TV, the audio system and the fireplace during the spring or autumn. The interior design is characterized by the use of luxurious materials and fabrics, and dark colours.

The high level of style and comfort of the interior is effortlessly continued outside. The beautifully decorated pool house is at a short distance from the kitchen and is equipped with every comfort: a large dining table with 8 chairs and luxurious lounge sofas with plenty of pillows. Lighting in all shapes and sizes. A great Sonos speaker. A kitchen counter with a built-in Boretti barbecue on gas, a sink and a refrigerator

The old trees, the “pins parasols” and the palms are floodlit at night. There is an old viewer near the pool house where you see the boats in the bay of Cavalaire.  It is an original old viewer that comes from the “Empire State Building” in New York. On arrival you will receive 3 “quarters” to use the binoculars.
