La Bastide
Nestled in the heart of the lush 230 hectares of its wine estate, this unique domaine offers a beautiful Provencal Bastide, a small house and an independent apartment. These can be rented together or separately. The Bastide has sole use of the swimming pool when it is rented on its own.
Close to nature, you can combine oenological discoveries coupled with the beauty of the landscapes while discovering the most beautiful treasures of the region, just a few minutes from the picturesque villages of Gassin & Ramatuelle, the beaches of Pampelonne and mythical Saint-Tropez. Padel court new for 2025.
There is accommodation for up to twenty guests when the whole estate is occupied.
La Bastide
Ground floor. Entrance into open plan dining room and kitchen. Small living room with fireplace. On the other side of the property with large bay windows overlooking the wine estate is a spacious lounge with fireplace and bread oven, with sitting and a long dining table and chairs. Cellar and office space. Double bedroom with independent access, with en-suite shower room, suitable for disabled person, with kitchenette.
First floor. Four double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, one with independent access. Laundry.
Second floor. Master bedroom with en-suite shower room and dressing room.
Pool house. Sitting area and dining bar, and small kitchen with hob, fridge and ice making machine. Shower room, changing room, wc, and sauna, all at lower level.
The Guest House
It consists of two suites with bathrooms, open plan kitchen, living room equipped with flat screen TV and wi-fi. The house has its own terrace and a garden.
The Apartment
It consists of two bedrooms with King size bed (180cm). Flat screen TV and high speed wi-fi. Two bathrooms with walk-in shower and private toilet. Fully equipped kitchen open plan with the living room and TV area. Outdoor terrace with table and chairs for lunch and dinner al fresco. Garden area with loungers. It is equipped with flat screen TV and high-speed wi-fi.
