Facing east and south-east, the house is perfectly positioned to catch the first rays of sunlight each morning, offering glorious, colourful sunrises.
At the foot of the villa, the customs path begins, leading you to one of the French Mediterranean coast’s gems: Cap Taillat and its stunning blue lagoon.
The villa is designed for both indoor and outdoor living, featuring numerous terraces with varying exposures so you can enjoy the sun throughout the day.
