Palmier Royal Estate

This is a large luxurious estate with great views of Marigot Bay in prestigious Mont Jean and with direct water access; ideal for large groups, extended family gatherings or corporate retreats. The estate consists of two large villas and annexes, built in a contemporary West Indies style, and all connected by wooden walkways, and provide a total of thirteen bedrooms. The architecture is complemented with stylish and comfortable furnishings, whimsical antiques and a touch of Ralph Lauren. The buildings are air-conditioned throughout, and there is US Satellite TV service.

The first compound’s main house includes a kitchen and an adjacent outside dining room that overlooks a beautiful swimming pool. The indoor living spaces include a mezzanine furnished for TV viewing. There are two first-floor master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, both with bath and separate shower. Downstairs, two bunk rooms ( a set of bunks and a single bed in each) have en-suite bathrooms. The charming adjacent Turtle cottage has a living room, kitchenette and two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a jacuzzi.

The second compound has two buildings and provides an abundance of living space, kitchen and BBQ area. One house includes an indoor dining room and living areas for relaxing, playing board games, and TV watching. Downstairs there is a well-equipped fitness room.

Six additional pavilions, each with private terrace, contain seven further bedrooms: five double bedrooms, one twin and one with a set of bunk beds.

All the way down the path is a large deck, just above the water with direct access to the protected bay, where turtles swim freely. There’s ample seating on the deck, with loungers and a large table for waterfront dining.
