The mythical Pampelonne beach is nearly 5 kms of fine, white sand that separate the Mediterranean sea from acres of scrub-covered dunes. It is an area of remarkable unspoilt natural beauty that offers a rural backdrop to the world’s most glamorous beach party scene.

The accommodation offers six double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, air conditioning and a gym. There is air-conditioning throughout the property. Television in all bedrooms. Satellite TV. Heating on the terrace if the evenings get too cool.

Ground level. Entrance hall. Open plan contemporary fully equipped kitchen (steam oven/mixer/two dishwashers/ etc…), with access to main covered terrace and outdoor dining area. Living room with fireplace and flat screen TV opening to a small terrace on the side of the villa with sea views. This one is ideal at breakfast time. A few steps down to the right hand side of the entrance hall give a separate access to the pool area and garden. Guest toilets are on this level. First double bedroom (King size/180 cm bed), en suite shower room, washbasin and wc. Separate access with steps leading to the garden and pool. First floor. One double bedroom (King size/180 cm bed) with en suite bathroom (bathtub with shower attachment) and wc. Master bedroom. En suite bathroom with free standing bathtub, double washbasin, separate shower and wc. Dressing room. Large French windows leading to a private terrace with sea view.

Lower floor. Separate entrance from the lower garden, fifth double bedroom which can be made as twins beds or 180 cm King size bed. Gym room (private fitness instructor can be arranged on request). Laundry room.
