Upper Floor

The upper floor is principally dedicated to sleeping accommodation, with four beautifully appointed bedrooms arranged across two wings. This layout gives guests a welcome sense of privacy while keeping family and friends comfortably connected.

Ground Floor

The main floor forms the social heart of the villa, with generous living and dining spaces designed for relaxed days and convivial evenings. The beautifully equipped La Cornue kitchen sits alongside the principal entertaining areas, while a further bedroom suite on this level adds flexibility to the accommodation.

Lower Ground Floor

This level is devoted to relaxation and entertainment, with a private cinema, Technogym fitness room and traditional sauna. Two additional bedrooms are also located on this floor, ideal for children or staff.

Outside, the heated swimming pool with counter-current is surrounded by terraces, gardens and sun loungers, creating a peaceful retreat despite the villa’s remarkably central location. Vineyard views add to the sense of seclusion.

Guests can enjoy a highly personalised level of service, with options including a dedicated Butler, private Chef, daily housekeeping and turndown, private security and transfers to the beaches and centre of St Tropez. Helicopter transfers from Nice Airport can also be arranged.

The location is exceptional. Place des Lices is around a five-minute walk away, with the port approximately ten minutes on foot, allowing guests to enjoy St Tropez’s boutiques, restaurants, markets and nightlife without relying on a car. In the other direction, Pampelonne and its legendary beach clubs are around ten minutes away by private transfer, giving Villa Hestia the rare advantage of placing both the village and the beach within effortless reach.
