This recently restored neo-provençal villa sits in an very quiet and private location, surrounded by pine and oak trees within large grounds of 3.5 ha (c.8.5 acres) and includes a private tennis court, helipad and a swimming pool, which is gated for the safety of young children. It feels like rural Provence, in the tranquillity of vineyards and in undisturbed woods, yet only a few minutes drive of Club 55 and the beaches of Pampelonne, and a further five minutes to St Tropez.
Situated in stunning gardens and natural grounds it provides a great stay for a large family or group of friends. With a profusion of terraces surrounding three sides of the villa and within its rambling gardens there is sufficient space for individual peace. The pool terrace has a covered summer kitchen with dining and seating areas. Just outside the house and overlooking the gardens is a huge terrace with a covered dining area and a barbecue for relaxing alfresco dining and outdoor summer living.
The interiors are spacious, well maintained and furnished throughout to a very high standard in the classic Provencal style . The terracotta tiled floors and most furnishings are in tasteful beige and whites adding to the feeling of light and space.
The driveway to this villa is not surfaced and not suitable for low slung vehicles
