Villa Valérie

Villa Valérie is a modern, elegant villa in the Marres area, with an unobstructed view of the vineyards.

Designed on one level, Villa spans 260 m² and can accommodate up to ten guests in its five bedrooms, each equipped with en-suite bathrooms. The 3,600 m² grounds, planted with palm trees, include a majestic umbrella pine in front of the villa, adding to the local charm of the setting. The living room, with its fireplace and warm wooden beams, creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Fully equipped kitchen. These open onto the terrace and spacious garden. The villa combines modern comfort and authenticity, with a beautiful living room bathed in light thanks to large bay windows.

Outside, the heated swimming pool is surrounded by deckchairs, perfect for lounging in the sun. The pool house completes this relaxing space, ideal for outdoor meals enlivened by the sound of cicadas. For sports and leisure enthusiasts, a petanque court is also available.
