Set within Domaine Louise in La Croix-Valmer, Villa Victoire is an elegant five-bedroom retreat with panoramic Mediterranean views and beautifully considered indoor-outdoor living. Arranged between the main residence and two separate annexes, it offers plenty of space and privacy for families or groups of friends.

The main house has a generous living and dining area with a bar, fully equipped kitchen and two king-size bedroom suites, each with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. A Jacuzzi, air conditioning and ample parking add to the comfort.

Behind the main house, the first guest house has two further ensuite bedrooms, together with its own fully equipped kitchen and lounge. The second guest house occupies the characterful round pigeonnier, with a spacious bedroom, ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. From here, 180-degree sea views stretch towards the Îles d’Or, while rooftop swings provide a wonderfully unexpected place to sit and take in the Mediterranean panorama.

Outside, the heated infinity pool and pool house create a natural focus for leisurely Riviera days, while generous sea-facing terraces make the most of the exceptional setting. A rooftop Jacuzzi offers another wonderful vantage point, particularly as the sun begins to set, while a romantic dovecote adds a distinctive touch of Provençal character.
