Set within a beautifully landscaped park of 4,800 m², this prestigious residence offers breathtaking views of the sea and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
Spread over two levels, the villa provides a luxurious living environment with high-end amenities. Featuring 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, it accommodates up to 10 guests, ensuring optimal comfort. Each bedroom is air-conditioned.
And the swimming pool…… it consists of 2 levels/parts. The upper part is a so-called plage pool (5.5 x 4.5 m) which is ideal for younger children. The depth runs from 10 cm to 50 cm. Also very nice for adults, of course. The lower pool with 9 x 4.5 m and is the deeper pool.
There are several terraces with luxury furniture. Another lovely spot is the pergola-covered terrace at the side of the villa. Here there is also a large outdoor dining table.
