Julien Le Goff graduated from Hotel Management School of Saumur, one of the oldest hotel schools in France. An “Old School” talented chef, passionate of French gastronomy.
His French and international experience, enables him to join Joël Guillet’s kitchen in 2008 as second chef.
Over the years, Julien Le Goff, does all that is possible to surprise with his creativity and his desire to always go further. He is promoted Head Chef in 2012
Since then, his passion and his knowledge, offers us the most exquisit dishes with provencal accents & Mediterranean colors in our two Michelin starred restaurants.
