Set amidst the vineyards of Château de Minuty, this sublime Provençal property has been tastefully restored and is nestled in 5,000m2 of landscaped grounds. Its only neighbour is the surrounding vineyards! And yet, far from the hustle and bustle of the village, the beaches of Pampelonne are just 10 minutes away and the Place des Lices just 5 minutes…

Discover this sublime Provencal villa, with its six bedrooms, living areas, semi-professionally equipped Provencal kitchen, swimming pool, relaxation areas and sumptuous grounds, designed by a renowned architect, to recreate the charm of Italian properties.

All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. Each room has been carefully decorated in a different style, retaining a Provençal feel while adding a touch of modernity.

The master bedroom is located on the ground floor of the villa. It overlooks the pool and the south-facing garden, with vineyards all around. Wake up in the morning to the discreet sound of the small fountain, and admire the vineyards in front of you in the south garden, where only you have direct access. The couture bedroom is located on the first floor of the property. It is the second largest bedroom and can easily accommodate a baby cot if required. It overlooks the swimming pool and the vineyards of Château Minuty on one side, and the courtyard, the large fountain and the vegetable garden on the other. The De Launay room is located on the ground floor of the property. It overlooks the swimming pool. It takes its name from the round geometric shapes of the curtains and headboard, which are reminiscent of the geometric shapes in the paintings of this famous painter. The blue room is located on the first floor of the property. It’s not the biggest, but it’s often everyone’s favourite. It overlooks the swimming pool and has a magnificent view of the Minuty vineyards on one side and, on the other, it is the only room with a view of the Gulf of St Tropez and the superb sculpture by Bernar VENET which adorns the entrance garden of the park.

The Yellow suite is located on the ground floor of an adjacent detached building next to the main house. It sits side by side with the Olive Tree Suite. It overlooks the inner courtyard, surrounded by vegetation that creates a cocoon isolated from the rest of the property. Wake up to the gentle sound of the fountain and birds… It sits side by side with the Yellow Suite.
Similar to its twin sister, the Yellow Suite, it offers a discreet view over the inner courtyard, while allowing you to remain sheltered from prying eyes thanks to the vegetation.
