Beachcomber House

An exquisite peaceful property surrounded by Mediterranean shrubs, flowers and trees, located within walking distance to the beach. The property benefits from the rural charm of the countryside and yet is within easy reach of the town of St Tropez and the village of Ramatuelle. This is a very well equipped house with lots of charm and character. The interiors are furnished and decorated with impeccable taste and in warm colours.

Large private garden with swimming pool (12 x 5), surrounded by a deck terrace. To the front of the house the main terrace has a beautiful wisteria covered pergola with ample room for dining and relaxing. Pool house with fridge and basin. Gas BBQ. Boules court. Covered car port.

The mythical Pampelonne beach is nearly 5 kms of fine, white sand that separate the Mediterranean sea from acres of scrub-covered dunes. It is an area of remarkable unspoilt natural beauty that offers a rural backdrop to the world’s most glamorous beach party scene.

Ground Floor: Entrance hall. Guest cloakroom. Living room with comfortable sofas and large armchairs , with large screen TV with satellite and music system, doors to terrace. Fullly equipped kitchen with large cooker, Amrican fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, and separate entrance for food and wine delivery. Utility room with laundry. Large master bedroom suite( 180 cm bed) with TV, en suite bathroom with large hammam style bath and rain shower feature, and doors to garden. Independent double bedroom (160 cm bed) with TV, en suite shower room and door to garden.

First Floor: Three further bedrooms (all 160 cm beds). One bedroom with en suite shower room, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. Separate WC.
