Pampelonne Views

A stunning contemporary property of 2500 m2, walking distance to Club 55 and Pampelonne Beach, with fabulous sea views over the Mediterranean, yet only a short drive to the centre of St Tropez.

The entrance hall leads to a large living and dining room with fireplace, which opens out to the pool with sea views on one side and onto a beautiful patio with fountain on the other side. The windows of the whole length of the living room can be completely opened on both sides to give the feeling of an outdoor room that together with the front and rear terraces provide a wonderful living space. All the bedrooms have safes, TVs and air-conditioning.

There are two summer dining rooms, one facing the pool with sea views, one facing the patio and fountains. Long swimming pool (23 x 5m). Pool house with shower and wc. Large patios. Parking for several cars.

The famous Pampelonne Beach, with its long stretch of white sand bordered by beach bars and restaurants is a few minutes’ walk away. Club 55 is a St Tropez institution: it was Brigitte Bardot’s favourite: she created one of the first bars on Pampelonne Beach with a sexy scene of sunning celebrities and gourmet cuisine that is hotter than ever after 50 years.  By being within walking distance you can avoid the queue of Bentleys and open top Ferraris.
