St Tropez Country Retreat

This is property of great charm,  a rare oasis of calm with spectacular views extending to the gulf of St Tropez, large immaculate gardens with heated swimming pool and tennis court, yet a short distance from St Tropez life. The house is Provençal in style, and set within grounds of about 3 hectares and beautifully maintained with Mediterranean trees, chestnuts, olive, lemon, and lime, as well as many flower bushes and fruits trees. The views are spectacular on both sides of the property.

The entrance is through a large welcoming drawing room, with to the left-hand side, a dining room, and spacious kitchen. The sitting room is joined to a beautiful terrace with glassed windows and roof that can be totally opened in the summer, there is a very comfortable sitting area with large sofas, coffee table opened plan with dining area.

Main House

Ground floor. Drawing room, sitting room, fully fitted kitchen, and glass conservatory. A family unit with one double bedroom (queen size/160cm), and a second bedroom with a single bed and a cot, ideal for a couple with child and baby. These two rooms share a bathroom with bathtub and shower attachment, washbasin and separate wc.

Two double bedrooms with independent access from the terrace on each side. Both double beds are queen size (160cm), and have en-suite bathrooms with shower attachment, washbasin and wc.

A separate television room with two comfortable sofas, desk with computer and printer.

A separate utility room with extra freezer, extra fridge, laundry facility: washing machines and tumble dryer.

First floor. Master bedroom with wonderful views of the grounds to each side of the property. Super King bed, en suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, double washbasin and wc.

Guest House

Three independent studios on the other side of the pool. Two have “King” size beds of which one can be twinned, one has “Queen” size beds. All the suites have en suite shower room, washbasin and wc, a kitchenette with coffee machine (Nespresso), microwave and kettle. Air conditioning. Private outdoor terrace to the front.
