Superb property of 500 sqm located in a landscaped estate of 5300 sqm in the heart of the famous Cap Tahiti domaine. This luxurious property has eight bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is 43 sqm and there are an additional two staff bedrooms.

kitchen/living room of 63 sqm opening onto an interior patio. The Villa is entirely controlled by the control 4 system.

Outside is a magnificent garden with views over Pampelonne Bay, with a 16 x 6 metre mirror pool, bowling green, and a tennis court, multi-sports as well as a pool house
and a summer kitchen.
