Villa Angelica

This beautifully designed villa is situated just 2kms from the centre of St Tropez, just off the road that cuts through from the town to the Route des Plages. From the villa, its terraces and its garden, there are wonderful views to the sea and to Port Grimaud in the distance.

The spacious living area and bedrooms at garden level all open onto terraces, with seating and dining areas. Each bedroom on this level has its own private terrace. Very pretty garden with lawn, flowers and trees: steps lead down to the large swimming pool (12 x 6m), which can be fenced off.

The interiors have recently been refurnished in a chic style with tiled floors and muted coloured walls.

The hotel, La Bastide de St Tropez, with its excellent restaurant,s is close to the property, less than a km away.

Amenities include a heated swimming pool, air-conditioning throughout, satellite TV, and Wifi . BBQ and table tennis on the rear terrace. Covered parking for two cars.
