THE RESTAURANT OF THE HOTEL LOU PINET IN SAINT-TROPEZ

Riccardo Giraudi founded Beefbar in Monaco in 2005, and it has since relocated to Hotel Lou Pinet in Saint-Tropez from Hong Kong (Michelin starred since 2017), Mexico City, Tulum, Dubai, Mykonos, Budapest, and Paris.

This antithesis of a steakhouse owes its success to a menu featuring the best meats in the world, cooked without complex between grill and street food, making it one of Saint-best Tropez’s restaurants. While American Black Angus Prime, Australian Wagyu WX, and certified Japanese Kobe beef remain the menu’s stars, other fresh and sunny Mediterranean inspirations come to enrich it: ceviche, carpaccio, risotto, salad, grilled fish…

Between chic simplicity, excellence, and modernity, this trendy Saint Tropez restaurant offers an inventive cuisine in many dishes to share, a signature of the beefbar all over the world, for friendly and fun vacations.

Service every day from 12:30 to 3:00 pm and from 7:30 to 11:00 pm

OUR CONCEPT : Street food sharing style

The reflection of a cosmopolitan culture created by Riccardo Giraudi.
Born in Monte-Carlo, Beefbar breaks the classic & stiff codes of steakhouses since 2005, through its glamorous lines, its modern luxury feel and a complete experience. Every single detail counts, the minute you step in. Here, luxury is more felt and savoured that it is seen.
In the kitchen, our executive chef Thierry Paludetto works closely with Riccardo Giraudi to create incredible, tasty yet simple dishes. Our menu is divided into 3 main axes : street food inspired by the most popular recipes from around the world, great meat cuts sourced in Australia, Japan and the United States, and iconic dishes, from sides to main and desserts.
